Instead of just saying "heh i love my dog" I know he aint perfect. They tie their insecurties of their own ego into the acceptance of their dog . And when that dog falls short they take it personally. And when others like me dont breed bad dogs they get Jealous and then claim "I am jealous" Oh yes I am jealous of dogs with bad temperament of health of structure.
